White Valdetomé Macabeo

 
 

Pale yellow with steeled edges, clean and brilliant. In nose high mean intensity, varietal aroma of great freshness. Silky balanced in mouth with a soft and light end, with notes of fruit.

ELABORATION

Maceration of the grapes with the must 6-12 hours. Temperature of fermentation 12-13ºC
